Why payout speed counts most

The point of a casino is that, when you win, you get paid. So the biggest part of our score is how quickly and reliably a casino pays out, and whether it caps withdrawals. A huge bonus means nothing if your cashout is stuck for a week.

  • Each casino's own terms, bonus rules, licence details and payment pages.
  • The regulator's public licence records.
  • Independent payout tests and reports from other reviewers.
  • Player feedback and complaint records about withdrawals.

We're adding our own test deposits and withdrawals, with timings, to each review as we complete them.

How the score works

We score each of the five areas out of 10, then weight them as shown above. A casino scoring 9 for payouts and 6 for bonuses will usually beat one with the reverse, because that's what matters most to players.

What can't buy a better score
